We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
6. How We Share Information
We may share your information in the following situations:
- Service Providers and Vendors: With third-party companies that provide services on our behalf, such as hosting, data storage, analytics, email and messaging delivery, customer support, and security. These providers are permitted to use your information only as necessary to perform services for us.
- Affiliates and Subsidiaries: We may disclose the Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy.

Exclusion for Text Messaging Data:
Notwithstanding the categories above, all the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service on our behalf as described in Section 5(c).
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services and maintain our relationship with you;
- Satisfy the purposes described in this Policy;
- Comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations; and
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

10(a). California "Shine the Light" Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of Personal Data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared Personal Data in the immediately preceding calendar year. As stated in this Policy, we do not disclose Personal Data to third parties for their independent direct marketing purposes.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. The Services are hosted in the United States and are intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers and central database are located. 14. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Nashville, Tennessee, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
